We want you to have the perfect fit! If you have any challenges with sizing, we will be happy to help with an exchange. We will exchange unworn, undamaged items within 10 days of receiving your order. All item(s) must be in original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase. Start your exchange by using our Customer Service form.
We want you to be satisfied! If you are not, we will gladly issue you a store credit. We accept the return of any unworn and undamaged item(s) within 7 days of receiving your order. All item(s) must be in original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase. Please use our Customer Service form to initiate your return. You will receive an email when your return is received, and your store credit has been processed. All store credits must be used within 6 months of issuance.
We accept all major Credit Cards.
If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact us at info@dunmorelane.com within 4 hours of placing your order. We are unable to make any changes beyond that period.
Quality is important to us! If you have a concern or receive a damaged item, please use the Customer Service form on our website, or contact us at info@dunmorelane.com. We ask that you include photo evidence of the issue so we can further assist. Please be sure to reference your order details when sending your message.

Be Gentle! Hand washing is always best, but the washing machine can do the trick too. Use cold water and mild detergent to clean your trunks and keep the colors intact.

We currently deliver on the island of New Providence only. Items are delivered 4 days after your order has been confirmed. There is a $10 charge for Out Island shipping.
